Arbor Landing

This 21-acre property was developed for a mix of upscale multifamily residential units, including 70 townhomes and 108 apartments. Panhandle Engineering was the civil engineer of record for this gated, luxury community. The project included 12 multifamily buildings, a clubhouse with pool, and internal drive aisles, parking, and stormwater management. This project required extensive use of retaining walls to accommodate the significant grade change across the property.
