Panhandle Engineering was formed to meet the local civil engineering needs of the Bay County and Northwest Florida area. Panhandle Engineering is a Florida corporation headquartered in Lynn Haven, Florida. We are registered with the Department of Professional Regulation and are staffed and certified to practice engineering in Florida and surrounding states. The principals and staff of Panhandle Engineering have extensive local and regional experience ranging from large commercial projects to residential developments and major public infrastructure improvements (roads, bridges, stormwater management, water, and wastewater).
