Hurricane Michael Debris Monitoring

As part of hurricane debris removal and processing, FEMA requires continuous monitoring and auditing for compliance with disposal regulations and payments to debris hauling contractors. Panhandle Engineering was contracted by Bay County to support their efforts with vegetation debris collection, transportation, and disposal. Engineering staff were utilized for management of debris monitors, preparation of County-wide process maps, and tracking of completion in debris removal areas.
