His experience involves both the rehabilitation of existing utility infrastructure and the design of new utility infrastructure systems. His areas of expertise include hydraulic modeling and analysis, contract administration, construction inspection, and comprehensive project management inspection. He has worked with private developers, local municipalities, and state and federal agencies to responsibly develop local land across the Panhandle of Florida. Sethin is well-versed in regulatory processes at the municipal, state, and federal level. He leverages his knowledge to efficiently navigate the permitting process, secure approvals, and assist in obtaining project funding.
