Tyler Robinson, P.E.
Tyler Robinson is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida with six years of experience specializing in municipal utility design and permitting, Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL) permitting, civil site design, and Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) project management. A lifelong Bay County resident, Tyler understands the unique local conditions, regulatory landscape, and agency processes that shape projects across Northwest Florida—helping clients move efficiently from planning and permitting through construction.
Tyler earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University in 2020. In 2025, he became an Associate Partner of Panhandle Engineering, reflecting his commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused solutions. His approach emphasizes practical, constructible designs and proactive coordination in the field. Known for clear communication and attention to detail, Tyler works closely with clients, contractors, and reviewing agencies to streamline approvals, manage schedules and budgets, and deliver successful outcomes.
